Cancellation Policy

 

If the tour is cancelled due to force majeure events beyond our control, we will offer you a full refund of the tour price or a credit voucher for a future tour, at your discretion. We will work diligently to minimize any cancellation fees from our suppliers and pass those savings on to you.

We strive to process your refund as quickly as possible. It typically takes between 15 and 45 business days (if applicable) to receive your funds. We’ll keep you updated on the status of your refund throughout the process.

No Refunds for Unutilized Services: In the event that the Client is unable to avail services such as hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours, etc., for any reason, no refunds shall be provided.

Refund Processing: We strive to process refunds promptly. Once a refund is approved, it typically takes between 15 and 45 business days (depending on the chosen method) to receive your funds. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise during your trip. While refunds for unused services (meals, entrance fees, optional tours, etc.) are generally not available, we will do our best to work with you in case of verifiable extenuating circumstances beyond your control. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to use a service. We will explore options with our suppliers and see if a partial refund can be obtained.

How We Process Refunds:

  • Refund Amount:You will receive a refund for the tour cost minus any applicable cancellation fees.

Credit Certificate Option:

Instead of a cash refund, you can choose to receive a credit certificate for the full value of your refund. This credit certificate can be used towards any future booking with us within the next 24 months.

  • Use the full amount towards a future trip (unlike a partial refund after cancellation charges).
  • More flexibility to plan your next adventure.

Using Your Credit Certificate:

You can easily manage and redeem your credit certificate online through your account or our mobile app. Simply select the “credit certificate” option at checkout to apply it to your booking.
