TERMS & CONDITIONS

The client is required to strictly adhere to the Tour Program. No refund will be granted if the client fails to join the group at the tour’s commencement, joins later, or leaves before its conclusion. It is the client’s responsibility to reach the designated place, register with the company representative, and follow the schedule.

If a client, along with their family, discontinues the tour due to reasons such as illness, death, or loss of travel documents, no claims for the refund of unutilized services will be entertained. Even if a client is unable to reach the tour’s commencement place due to reasons like loss of baggage or travel documents, their booking will be treated as a ‘no show,’ incurring 100% cancellation charges.

Should a client use pre-tour services or air tickets (booked under any offer) but fail to join the main tour or cancels after using these services, it will be considered a ‘no show,’ with no refund for unutilized services.

The company reserves the right to withdraw tour membership of any client whose behavior affects the tour’s smooth operation or jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of other passengers. The company assumes no liability towards such individuals.

The immunities provided in this contract extend to the company’s employees, directors, managers, including employees and agents but not to independent contractors selected by the company.

Each condition is severable, and if any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. THE COMPANY’s liability for any tour, holiday, or excursion shall not exceed the total amount paid for the respective services, excluding any consequential or incidental losses.

Clients are required to take out holiday insurance, which is optional and at their own cost.

Prices quoted are based on prevailing rates at the time of publishing. THE COMPANY reserves the right to amend prices due to fuel costs, supplier charges, or changes in transportation costs before departure, with the client responsible for paying any increases.

Any legal action against THE COMPANY must be initiated within 7 days of the tour’s conclusion, or the client is deemed to have relinquished all rights.

THE COMPANY may withdraw any travel scheme or discount unless otherwise specified.

It is a condition of booking that clients comply with these terms and conditions.”
